Bro you will not regret with the 525i M sport version bro. A very good and powerful car indeed, both luxury and sporty look

Buy buy buy and buy buy buy.... dun think so much.... whether it is e60 525i or the e60 5251 M sports.... it is still definitely much much more better than e46... Just go and buy it la....

Please................................................ buy it!

What a loaded question in a BMW forum!

Were you trying hard to convince yourself, hope you weren't expecting any advice AGAINST buying the E60!

Go for it!

Hahaha.... you da man....

I think our fren here QME7555 is asking is it good to buy a Japanese CBU e60 525i or should get a local e60 525i.

better to buy an authorized E60 from an authorized dealer. Its either pay less upfront and pay more throughout the life of the vehicle in terms of service bills, parts etc. or pay more upfront and have peace of mind thereafter...
And no... i'm not a salesman :D

..don't think, just buy only...

E60 grey import.... i-drive koyak how la?
Anybody know where to go to?

The E60 from 2003 - 2005 shares the same drivetrain with the E39 from 2001 -2003 (M54B25). If you wish to get a better deal, wait a little while longer until the price of the E60 2005 onwards drops. The new engine comes with better management i.e no dipstick and more powerful compared to the M54 engine. The power of the new 2.5 L engine is almost equivalent to the old M54B30 engine.

comparing a e46 to a e60 is the same as comparing 'bumi and langit'. Pls don't event think .... just buy.

Thks to all the bros advice. I finally got to buy the E60 525i year 2004. It's the same as from Singapore model. And the E60 is very much in term of comfort but it's a little big.

good u bought it finally. how much u pay for ur ride dude? is it japan recond? how much u paid for tat anyway

Chookleng, I actually trade-in with my Honda Civic 2.0 ivtec and added another 110,000.00 for my bimmer and is recond from Singapore. Guess is the UK model. It's only got 23000 milage on it. This car was like be set in the garage as the interior is like brand new. I just order a set of Work VS rims and needs to wait for atleast 3 months from Japan.
