to me if a best tire also will be like tht if u fast into pothole , most 17 inch have rim protector but tht is onli to protect the rim from pecah when come to this situation .....

Oh yah, firenzas are not too bad for the cheap price u pay.But expect them to last half the life of a better brand.
BTW, i have had a bulge on my 225 40 18 PS2s so i guess it was somekind of pothole.

-sometime its due to tyre intsallation. wrong sizes of tyre width on a wider rims.
- under inflated tyres.
- choosing the wrong load index of the tyres on ur car.
- DO you guys know how the imported tyres being stack in the containner???? you'll be the unluckiest customer if you got the lowest tyres stacked.That is one of the reasons , why a sidewall will fail.Yes ..even its still on the shelves.

potholes are not the main culprit of failed tyres sidewall.

On the sidewall of each tyres are some maintenance tips....pls read it. Check ur tyres once a week...at least.
