Swapping 1984 E23 for E46

Hye guys, i have a 1984 735i e23. i bought it from my old boss. At first i was thinking to live in old school style. but i plan to change for a bit modern coz need to use daily basis sometime. so it will be nice if you guys know anyone who willing to swap my e23 with their e46 which manufactured in 2001 on-wards would be nice. i don't mind adding some money in it. i just recently repaired this e23 nearly 6k. Its 3500 cc. Plz PM reply me if you are interested.
