Super-Pro Bushing on E36

hello everyone...i plan to change all my bushing to super-pro bushing...before that i want to know is't ok or not...or better change to M3 bushingif anyone here already use super-pro maybe can share with all...tq

SuperPro is polyurethane bushing.
M3 bushing probably (not sure) is a rubber type.

PolyUrethane bushing is way stiffer. Great for performance, and last very long.
But bad for comfort. Used it on my all engine mounts in my car (not BMW), it shake when it idle at 800rpm. How bad ? You definately cannot sign a check.
But I can't be more happy with the performance.
