Steering with shifter

Hye Guys,I'm using E60 year 2004 High Line. I'm interested to fix M sport Steering wheel with paddle shift. Does anyone fix it before? I need some advice for the installation and wiring

I have previously enquired and it costs quite a bit to get this done. Only the wiring/installation is RM500 or so (if I remember correctly). Personally I feel that's too much to spend just for the paddle shift (steering few thousand, another bloody 500 bucks for installation/wiring plus maybe some more money if something else screws up) LOL. My take is that we leave it alone and save up for F10 535i M-Sports that comes originally with paddle shift
