Steering Wheel Sound & Airbag Light

Hi, my E36's steering wheel make some noice (like spring wire sound) when turning. Is it steering rack problem. How much the cost to change?Another thing is the airbag light is on all the time, I check the fuse & it's ok. What problem could it be?Thank you!

Could be spiral coil at the steering wheel. Y not send for diagnostic check
