check your power steering fluid

Try to remove your power steering tank cover and ask a friend to see whether the power steering liquid is been suck in and out (like flushing downward) when u turn the steering full left and full right.

If no movement of the liquid, your Power steering pump is gone.

If ok, check for leak at the steering rack.

Pump is cheaper than rack....

I saw the little bit leaking around the steering rack,but my power steering fluid container was full.
Will it effect the steering rack?

there is high pressure and low pressure pipe in the power steering pump system. See which one is that, if the high pressure one, there is not much diff in the container. Means pump is gone.
