My daughter accidentally spilled a cup of Milo on the rear leather seats and now there's this awful sourish stale milk smell . Can anybody advise how to get rid of it? (No.. buying a new car is out of the question ).

If you can remove the seats that would be the best. Happened to me as well but it was hot nescafe 3-in-1 for me.
1) Take hot water and a cloth and clean that part of the seat thoroughly, make sure to reach all of the gaps. The cloth shouldn't be completely soaked wet but rather damp.
2) Once you have cleaned the area, wait for it to dry and again give it another wipe
3) After cleaning, apply leather conditioner and the leather sealant protector.
4) If smell still stays in the car, one, sun the car, open the doors and use a portable stand fan and just blow through the car
5) Use chemical mist to clear the smell, e.g. Cars Nanomist or some other car wash equivalent.
