There you go........the donut king has spoken.................

donuts king.....sorry ah.....pinjam pinjam oni....*grovel*Koryong....glad u like it.... I was agonising over it for many moons ...wasnt sure how it would look like on me ride. I even got a fren to photoshop it for me to simulate how it looks on my ride see pic (not my car)Kevs...can go to segambut wheel refurb place on a Saturday kah, around 3pm onwards? Otherwise have to take leave.....

I think when my fren photoshopped the the pics for me he had in mind the 205/55/15s :) ...look at how those rims fill up the wheelarches.......damn....I guess 195/55s are for sissies then.......

the other size closest in diameter with the 205/55/15 is the 195/60/15... On paper, the 195/60/15 is a mere milimeter or 2 taller than the 205/55/15. but if put side by side, both are of the same height and that's the size I'm using.... my car not so powderful mah, so 195/60/15 enuf aledi..... no need 205/55/15...;)

At last the voice of reason!!!!......Master Shaifulo has also argued a similar case for 195/60s........quality tires at reasonable prices yes yes yesMy girl osso not so powderful one....bog standard 320i....auto summore...where can lari one....195/60 enuf larrrrrr

agreed with fab/shaifulo/zoggee.for the price, it's more feasible to get the 195/60/15 as this is a more common tire and you have wider product to choose from.I m sure you will enjoy the ride with the 15". But 205/55/15 would be the ideal and most expensive because it's the correct specs and it gives you more grip in corners and the correct flexfor some aggresive driving.

Jipster,It's like this bro,................don't let me catch you selling 195/60/15 tyres in a few months OK? Remember your shocks? Remember your rims?I will personally hunt you down and relieve you of your e30...........Muarghahahahahahaha!

Verdict?Whats clear is that 205/55 is very difficult to get and they are expensive (say about 350+). The ones that are actually available are also likely to be old stock too.Since I dun run a spare, I am all the more worried about sourcing replacement tires in an emergency or when I need to change front or rear pair....might end up running staggered i.e. front and rear different.I also do not relish the thot of changing all 4 every time I need to replace ....almost 1600 for 4 and they are only 15s damn it!!! If they were 16s or 17s I would understand....So I am considering the 195/60s....Im going with my head on this one, not my heart *sigh*What other possible sizes are there?....195/55, 205/50, 195/50...hmmm where's the tire calc....
