Self Introduction - coffee

Good morning everyone, My name is coffee and I am a car addict. Have been owning numerous cars through the last 19 years, but feel the time has come to move up to the Ultimate Driving Machine. My roadmap to BMW ownership is simple: 1. Core objective: Is to have the BMW ownership experience - great handling, melodious engine and all. Its purely for self enjoyment. 2. Strategy: As user cost of ownership varies from very high to reasonable, my strategy will be to start small, get to know the brand, the car, the maintainance, before moving up to higher models. 3. My starting point: An E46 325i. After combing thru the forum threads, members seem to point to the E46 325i as the most balanced performance / maintainance model. Hence I will start with this model.4. Current status: Hunting for an E46 325i. Been doing so for the past month. Narrowed down to 2 options now. Thats all for now and I look forward to embarking on this wonderful and ultimate (but expensive) journey to automobile nirvana.rgds,coffee
