interesting la your story.....what happened to the pigs after they were sent back to the farm in healthy condition? they just milk the susu izzit? or just let them roam around looking cute until they die of old age

never asked them what happened actually, if you are interested can forward you the institute contact and make inquiry, let me know bro. anyway the point is not about pig or horse or hippo or dogs, the reason pig is used in these exercise is simply because of obvious reasons

I don't see any alternative suggestion from first pages how to tackle "no owner" dogs around , only usual complaint ............... ?

I also like to know how to make pet owners bring bag to collect their pet poo, ? Any suggestion ...........

FYI , I live surround by dog owners. I calculated 56 of them and none even care to bring the bag ......., I pity my kids living in place where full of dog poo around.

Appreciate suggestion than complaint around .........

Like a lot of things happening in this country, this is bordering racial issues which I hate to say. I agree with your view that a lot of dog owners do not pick up the poo and this can be uncomfortable for everynone including dog lovers.As a dog lover myself would hate living in a place where there is dog poo all over the place. The authorities have to look at the root cause instead of coming up with stupid temporary solutions.

The solution to this problem is easy.... the authorities have to enforce the existing laws. It there is no law on this, they should come up with one. Fine a few dog owners RM500 for a few months and have this flashed all over the media and the problem will eventually get better.

This is similar to other recent issues as well. For example, the authorities knew about the polluting and illegal pig farms in Melaka. What they should have done is enforce the law from day one. I can go on with the other examples as well.... recent express bus accidents, environmental issues....etc.
I wonder when will things change for the better.

That's just it isnt it, the right way is starring them blatantly at their fugly faces and they do something unusually stooooooopid like this. I mean what gives... You hunt doen these dogs, the owner gets a new pet and history will repeat itself again.... Sigh !!! the minds that govern are in a diplorable state.

Some people just like make "hoo haah" about being a animal lover but the root of the issue " no owner dog " is from the dog owner itself. :smokin:

The dog owners should come up with their own responsibility and suggestion how to encounter problem brought by their "ex-animal lover " friend . Is it the government who have the pet as first place ? Who create the problem ? :stupid:

How about say no to pet shop ? you want pet, there is a lot on the road, take them home if you really care about animal ?

Hoping to hear some of suggestion here but yes back to mentality whether they are engineer, businessman,lawyer or architect or so call professional.............. let show we are animal lover , lets critic ............. :stupid:

Why worry? If dog is caught, owner just go and buy dog-license, dog can be released ma. No additional charges. If Klang politician can escape 37 charges by making things right when pointed out to him, what is this sup sup suay dog licensing lor.

Local town Council is also known as Local Government. Since the 60s, election for local councils were cancelled due to threats from communism. Now, still no election because government said it cant afford it.

So, local government heads are all appointed by the government which in de facto means its the puppet of the government.:top:

And if one realise, their lives are affected more by the decisions of the local government that anything else.

I was in Assam last year to install Virtual Reality Centre for Oil and Gas of India then invited by one of the worker to visit their hometown in Nagaland.

Based on past events. This will just be a forgotten issue after a few weeks. Things will be back to square one until another incident happens which will be a hot topic for a while ...... and the whole episode repeats it self.
