Security film

Hi guys,I was told by SA that the E60s have security films already installed on its windows. Just want to bounced off existing owners on the effectiveness or do we need to install something else? Don't want to find out the wrong way thinking I could make monkey faces at would be hijackers swinging a hammer at me and subsequently finding out that its only a tint film and not security!! Thanks.
