dear sifus,i buy scratch Xlast week , but i think its very hard to wipes it off, what i did was after it dry i use water and wash it off using a sponge, thats all, can that be done that way
Kevster should answer this..... but what does the directions say?
If its diff to remove I think application to a small area at a time will be the other alternative. That way there is less to take off each time. So you slowly cover the whole area that needs treatment.

ermmm... i hope you are not treating it like a wax on wax off product. you take a lil of the paste and you gotta rub it in... as mentioned in the article... until you cant see the product anymore... so, there wun be any need to "wipe off" so to speak..
you MUST work on a spot at a time. Rub it till the scratches are removed then wipe off. Now proceed to another spot and so on......
You KENOT apply it to your bonnet and wipe it off. Scratch-X is not engineered to work that way. It is a mild rubbing compund ( the name should explain everything) that works by friction. If you just apply it and wipe off, NOTHING will happen.
ok im doing it this weekend ,anyway after what you told me to do wit scratch X , then can i skip the polish step straight to wax ?
kev thanks man for your explaination.

I found that warm working surface will make Scratch-X very hard to be removed, and if you have dark color paint, you'll easily notice fine scratches. Therefore, work on totally cool surface so that the polishing lubricant will not evaporate easily. Cheers.
