Renault Sport Track Day Drive - 11 October 2015

Dear all, Renault Sport has invited us again for their track day, this time on the 11th of October 2015. The session is a 4-hour session and they have reserved 5 slots for the BMW Club.

Instructions:
1) Fill up your name in one of the slots below.
2) Download the PDF file in this post (if you can't, please email me at mark.leo@gmail.com and I will share it with you)
3) Please make payment to my bank account below and I will collect and send it to Tan Chong.
4) Email the bank-in slip or eTransfer to my email together with the completed form
5) Please do so by the 21st of September or our slots for the trackday will be given to other clubs.
