refurbish rims

where is the best place to refurbish rims follow with our design of painting??? i want to refurbish back my acs type 4 18inch. already survey in painting workshop there didn't want to follow my painting needs.. and the quality also poor..anyone can suggest me where to get a good painting shop on refurbish my rims???
