Help! Rims got scratched BADLY!

Is it possible to fix a scratched rim when the surface is not matte but slightly mirror like.Do they have to sand blast the whole rim, fix the affected area, re-paint it and baked it?Anyone with experiences in this area... please share as I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

hi bro, i just sent my rims for full refurbish earlier last month.
this place near damansara/sg buloh area. satisfied with workmanship, he does the sanding/paint/bake as you want.

colour and furnish also can custom per you like.
contact Carter - 012 231 5080. i think he might have runner to collect also around damansara/sg buloh area his shop is too far for you.
