Refurbish my dashboard

guys.. if i take out my dashboard..will i screw up any of the wirings?? as i dont want to mess wif wirings if they have any..feel like refurbish my cracked dashboard..and if any of you have done it.. do share with me the tips..do n donts...i wana wrap with reverse leather..or microfiber type cloth..

Wow.. interesting project going on.. Just be more particular bro on question.. What type of car, what series, what year, which version (m or non-m).. Because I believe, different car, different story.. All sifus and member here is always open hand to help...
And assuming won't help anything... Lets me assume you car is F10, I will says "HELL NO! Please don't do it!!"..

mine will be e30.. 318i .. m40 engine.. basically is std all over regardless wat year model.. all e30 has same dashboard..
so anyone had done this before?? and any aftermath?? do share..

not really doing myself bro.. going to sent to cushion shop.. the workmanship ok.. but just scared of the wiring issue ..which might arise..

and alejandro..thanks for the link.. really usefull.. i wish i had the time n space to do it myself.. i miss my older days.. i used to DIY.. haihz..
