Power Window

dear all sifus,If the 2 doors version Beemer (E36) power window got problem ah...how much do you guys think the cost of fixing it ah?the problem with the window is not completly cannot down...but have to press one time...come down a bit....press one time come down a bit...what will be the major problem here?And also the place and price for fixing it. Thanks all.

hahh..familiar problem...the relay on the window motor is faulty... but becos its soldered onto the same PCB, i was forced to change the whole damned motor.. costs me about S$200 + here...bastards.

i'm sure u guys have it cheaper there..

i'm willing to bet some of the more techie guys can solder on a new relay and be done with it...its not difficult to dismantle the motor assembly though...just the de-soldering and re-soldering takes a little work and knowledge..
