Power Window Arm Issue

Hi All Sifu,I had recently change the driver's side power window bracket and i used back the old motor. It is a E39 Msport 2003, does it affect the auto power window function? Like need to reprog the power window function?Sun roof also can move even when the key is taken out.ThanksKelvin
