Now my wife complaint her ride, a fully paid off '95 Perdana kao-kao because of emitting white smoke and caught a lot of unnecessary attention when she's driving it.. She say very paiseh nia..

Avanza pulak she doesn't want to drive. Complaint bouncy, cannot apply lipstick.. :stupid: . If not I can modify the Perdana kao-kao to perhaps drop in a MIVEC V6, or rebuild the engine and gearbox. Still lesser $$ spent compare to the down payment of a brand new Camry or UDM.

To be honest, I hate paying car installment but since she hated the Perdana so much, I need to do something la. The Perdana has been with the family for the past 7 years and now have to make way for a UDM or Camry.

Hope to become an official member soon.

I know its not easy running a forum but thumbs up for the team as they have done enuf to make me stay! :clap:

Actually hor, the engine sounds on an CBU M-Sport sounds "lighter" and "powerful" than the CKD unit.. I wonder why?

A tiring shopping trip over the weekend, the "BERSIH" thingy and rain has made our outings more tiring. Road block everywhere!

We shop all the way into SgBesi's AB showroom and looking into 120i lio..

I really don't know how come we can end there and yes, E46 is off my list lio.. DAMN!

That's the problem when u you go shopping with ladies..

All my research on E46 has gone to drain. Now have to check out on E87... What is the E87 anyway? Geez....

It seems the E87 also has some colorful history because they have 116i, 118i, 120i and so forth..

I was also scouting for 320i but after test driving 320i and 120i, I bot the 120i. The handling is much better and I love my baby!

Of course mah, proud of my 120i, hee hee!

Tapi tak cukup power yesterday when I raced with a 730i, have to shift to manual mode & drop to 3rd gear lah!

So when we checked the driver's position, she love it, especially the glossy black trim on the dash and door. 3-spoke multifunction steering, rain sensor, and the fabric anti-slip seat is awesome.. :love: In fact its love at first sight for her! It all happened during we all checked out an E46 and she just wonder off towards this black brand new 1-series. Her first word... "look at her eyes, isn't she pretty.." (headlights la..)

Then the boot, its a bit tight but will do just fine because she's only keeping shoes there. :stupid:

Golf FSI is a more recommended car minus the badge but we are UDM fan la. And we love the boot handle, its actually the BMW badge itself that flips to become a handle. Totally cool.. :love:

Hopefully can get a good trade-in price for her old Perdana..
