Please Beware Of Dangerous Route , Flood Road And Not Good For Parking...

Salam...And Hello to All. May I say let us all here share info over here regarding dangerous route, road plus parking areagood to avoid during heavy rain..so that this thread can help all of us to be more alert and be extra careful.I personally feel that from Jalan Duta Kuala Lumpur heading to Jalan Samantan as we take the turn seem that many cars will be out of control.Saw many times at night a few cars, van in the drain. Then last night i saw two cars were park just before.the exit of Jalan Samantan. And it doesn't looks right at all. And its true , road was not wet but there were darker patch on the right side.I was lucky as my heart did say to drive slow on before the turn because even driving slow , the car went out of control.Lucky there was no other vehical around that moment. ..Syukur Alhamdulillah I am okay. .To all My Beloved Friends , please do share your info with us from any of the city and i am certain it will bring good for all of us. Alby, this is a good thread to start! I work on Changkat Semantan itself and frequent that Jalan Duta/Jalan Semantan everyday. Usually I avoid driving in the rain nowadays at the traffic is really bad and the tunnel heading to KL Sentral floods easily.

What i want to share as well is the big circular road from Jalan Semantan heading to Jalan Duta KL bound. A lot of cars usually get out of control albeit being on the brick road which supposedly has more friction. Careful coming from down the hill infront of CIMB into this circular ramp.

Not to forget a few crime cases as well involving road robbery while driving on this road. So be careful.

Glad that nothing happened to you and your car when you lost control over it.

In the rain, be extra careful while driving along DUKE as in recent mths the undulations have gotten worse. Undulations create water patches that can cause aquaplaning.

Coming from Gombak, if u turn left towards MRR, the corner tightens. If u turn right, it doesn't tighten as much but the road is abit uneven and i've seen a few cars losing control.

Use appropriate speed n enjoy our UDMs safely.. :burnout:

Yes what you said about that road infornt of CIMB is so true my friend.

I was made to understand that Anaksarawak had the same problem like me .

We use the route , different time and had the same problem..Thank God he is okay too.
