gut siao char boh kacau fello PG kaki, i beh shiok, i skold. jus bee kause it wash a ger thay say i kan not skold other membra. eevan redbarum alloso cum to Penang Teh Teh thread to manic talk to er. she haio hiao kind u sea.

so nevarmind lor, thay say i salah i salah lor. boh pean lor.

butt u show nipper, ware got off fan ani one? got gers now go out no ware blar kan see nipper, got peepoles komplain meh. i alloso dun knoe la.

diu AB in penang, say have to change clutch and actuator than say change gear sensor than say change gear box, F*%K them, better say change whole car...

Alan what happen? Few days back i went test the M5 and check yr baby they said just a few minor problems onli!!!!!!!!
 
off kaus thay say gut smal ploblem 1. haw kan say too kustomerer tat othar kustomerrer kar gut bigg bigg ploblme 1. thay all ran flar flar liao. go buy maceardes.
 
spoke to the after sales service manager in AB Penang, they are very good in playing "Tai Chi" with customer, they cant confirm whats wrong with my car and what can be solve, the only advice is change parts la than we know is that thing faulthy or not?

They said mine is a M54 engine and is the only car in their workshop with such engine and cant use other car parts to pin point my car problem.

Not they all good in playing "Tai Chi" with customer but also good in whatever goes in their mind they just shoot it out, dont think at all.

Told you before rite?...they suck. Did my safety test a while a ago,one mechanic said gearbox leaking and the officer wrote it down.Then came in another mechanic,said oil sum gasket,not gearbox.They have no clue whats going on.Luckily they did not proceed and change the gearbox or ATF.Asked them the clunking sound..they said must the mounting and my wishbone need changing.I got my car fixed with my fren who is well versed with E46..totally different..its the axle..fixed it and voila..cluncking sound gone.

Dont think your car clutch slipped that bad or maybe some other underlying prob...if really slipped your car will lose most of its power.Knn u can still race with e60 525 in SP..how can it be so bad la?

They fixed the clutch n actuator for u already and told u not that prob????
 
Alan Dude, I really feel for you.
such problem is a real heart breaker and bang balls incident.
you should insist to speak to someone that knows what they are doing. and get him to tell you what are their action plan to solve this problem. if no person of such caliber is around, then ask them to point you to the right person, perhaps some technical manager in AB HQ or BMW Malaysia.
what happened to those parts installed into your vehicle that they assumed will solve the problem but to only found out later to just waste more of your time? have to pay for them to trouble shoot and learn at your expense?
did AB offer a courtesy car to you for your lost of use? offer special discount for the silly excuse that you have to put up to? listen to their joke?
if AB cannot solve a problem like this, they should not sell the car with SMG in the first place.
Do give them a piece of your mind the next time you see them.
I hope they solve your problem tomorrow and say it's no charge to you.
 
Hahaha M54 only car in their workshop = indirectly ask u to change to E90 liao la

They cant fix ur M54 do u think they can fix the newer N52?

Well said.Alan...I remember Yellow mentioned b4...make a complain to BMW Malaysia so that they can monitor your car status.
 
AB Penang is a chop head company they dont have any idea whats wrong with my car and only adviced me to change parts and hopes thats the right part to solve my problem.

The only person i talked to is their customer service and AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGER who talk a lot of things but the in the end is he said from ur report service everything seems to be normal but dont know what went wrong and need to diagnose it when other parts installed on it (TALK C*&K)

I said if the problem still same than how? He said need to change other parts also. (KNN !!! think i am rich ah)

This is wht i afraid, u get a quote and agreed the charges than send ur car to their workshop, in the end they will press u for more $$$ to get the car fix (if can be fix i dont mind paying the amount i have agreed)

But they didnt keep up to their promises about the delivery date of my car and they dont have any clues in solving my problem, and the amount can cost u frm Rm1000 to Rm20,000 to change the parts. They use the word I GUESS it might be this that cause ur problem or that cause ur problem

KNN, better i give to the non authorised specialist workshop fix my car. They dont offer me anything and for sure they wont bother me about my difficulties for not being able to drive my car for more than a week (I think can be up to 2 weeks)

They think i am an ATM machine

that is a e60 530 diesel i am racing with, now i know AUTO BAVARIA have BONE HEAD MECHANICS

Alan next time my SMG got problem..the last place I send will be AB...
