Hey guys & gals!

So i'm just curious. Two questions:

1. What are your thoughts about investing in a pre-face lift 7 series? I currently am on a 3, but planning to go with a 7. I'm a driver's car typa guy. A lot of my mates keep saying that 7 is a chauffeur driven car, but I plan to drive it myself most of the time. What are your thoughts overall about the car? reliability? feel? comfort? issues? etc.

2. I'd love to have recommendations for the best places in KL / Selangor to do custom bodykit modifications for BMW (particularly 3 series). I'm keen to find someone who really knows their stuff and is willing to spend time really understanding what I want to see in my car in terms of look & feel.

To answer no 1, if you want a driver's car, the 7 series ain't it. Its bulky and long. That said, the car is nimble as a 5 series F10. For a driver's car, the 3 series is still one of the best there is. If pockets are deep, nothing like a ///M car.
