Only 2 blower settings for 520d left air con?

Hi guys,Hope you all don't mind my noob question. Does the 520d left air con can be set to only 2 blower settings? Cause my right side can be set manually to 3 blower settings which is shown on the air con display.My left air con display only shows middle and lower blower. Thanks.
