Noisy Engine at Low RPM...

Dear All,I can hear the engine noise when the RPM lower than 850rpm.....Initially I changed the Alternator bearing....but now still can hear the noise..Any method to increase the RPM to 900rpm??? or I should clean the Air flow meter??Thanks.

Think the noise you are refering to could be from the clutch fan. Is your e39 engine m52 or m54?
