Appreciated if you guys can share issues/problems/complaints during car delivery. tq!

one month old 330e...three main complaints - the LED headlights seems to e set too high and rattles in the engine bay/driver side front wheel arch area. Don't know what they were - sent to AB, and after whole day at workshop they did adjustment to the headlights but still too high. the rattle is still there but a lot less now - apparently after some greasing.... today for some odd reasons the entire connected drive reset itself and now i have to set my radio channels, PDC setting etc again.... urghhhh ...

You can set your car setting and save in your driver,s profile. Everytime the system reset by itself or someone else driven your car , your can always revert back to setting in the define profile. In fact you can save your profile in USB and upload when needed.

My friend collected his 330e last week and the electric motor didn't cut in. The SA told him that it could be because the engine is still cold. He had to send it back for reprogramming. Don't collect the car if the motor doesn't cut in cold or not.

Can you elaborate "didn't cut in" and in what driving mode? Personally, I don't thnk SA know what's went wrong because they don't literately drive the car and limited knowledge for this model.
