New BMW showroom in Penang island?

I noticed the BMW logo & slogan on the metal-sheet fencing of the former See Y Choy building along Burma Rd. Is that Auto Bavaria's new 3S or some one else? By the way, before the building renovation started, it used to be a service center with some tuning machine for Audi. I spotted a BMW M1 there once.

yes, this is what i heard....but definetely not by AB.....BW or autocity ??? not sure also, what i heard it will be located at autocity..the new auto world next to auto city.
