Good Day Everyone!!!I am a newbie to this forum and I will be getting my new ride. It's a 2nd hand 630i (E63) - 2006 japan spec. Some basic intro about me:- Gender: Male- Current location: Kuala Lumpur- Occupation: Consultant I came to know about this forum via a google search just a week ago!I have joined this forum as new forumer with the hopes of learning and sharing all the info I can about the car that I love the most: BMW!Am planning on upgrading my ccc unit to a UK/Malaysia unit to enable the radio/gps/dvd & perhaps install a body kit for my car over the next year or so...Anyways, I am looking forward to chatting with my other fellow forumers and perhaps over a good teh-tarik!Cheers.Vick

Heylo Everyone!!!

Thanks a lot for the warm welcome.. I will definitely be joining you guys for TT sometime in the next 2~3 weeks...

I just got my car yesterday. Looks really cool. Needs some polishing, and interior cleaning/detailing. I might need to change the front hood emblem cause it looks old and the color is washed out... Also the front lights look dirty (but from the inside!!).... Gear knob might need some changing/tightening. Otherwise, it looks perfectly fine!

I am just waiting for some other paperwork to be completed and then my Project V1 (Vick1! hehehe..) will commence... "Replacement to the new I-Drive CiC unit"... I have 2 sources (Poland and Singapore). So I am gonna see which would be the more cost effective one... Once I have started and completed Project V1, I will create a new thread on it, and post all the info, experiences and advises... Then all other bros will know what can/needs to be done.. After all, sharing is caring!
