hi guys n sifuss, need info here..ive read previously about rear diff ratio..eg 4.xx 3.xx and some more..question here are..wat does this number actually stand for?how does this actually make the car better in performance?..cause im confius about this matter..furthur info are very much appreciated!thx.

Torque Multiplier.
Say 3.00 and 4.00 Ratio, 3.00 would have higher top speed and low cruising rpm in the expense of acceleration, vice versa.

Let's see the ratio is 3.73. It means the input shaft (from gearbox) will make 3.73 rotations for the output shaft (tyre) to make 1 full rotation... And like a pulley system, the higher the ratio, the easier to lift a load off the ground.
