my BMW E46 recently show out sound ZZZZ........when i full accelelation!but afterwards ok,if keep accelation until 3000rpm it show a while ZZZZZ.....i stop the car and rev,have a little bit!Any suggestion?

Where's the sound coming from? Interior? Engine bay? Rear of the car? Left side or right side?
