need help on scratch marks

Goodday everyone,my car (not a UDM yet) came back from the workshop with a lot of scratch marks on the front panel (the dash, near glove compartment and the part surrounding the audio interface... and also some bits around the steering wheel).my question is can that kind of scratches be 'touched up' or do I have to change the entire front panel?? if can touch up, which detailing shop you recommend and roughly how much will it cost?I'm in the middle of haggling with the workshop on this... they say they will touch up... but if cannot touch up wun then please let me know, so I can request that they compensate a new front panel.

For the E46, chips and scratches on the ashtray cover, the cover above it, the handbrake console and the oddments compartment next to the handbrake are inevitable. I managed to get the oddments compartement replaced under warranty but the problem resurfaced after about a year.

This is the result of BMW using a "soft-feel" finish which looks and feels good when new (as compared to so-called "cheap" hard plastics), but doesn't appear to be durable.

Mine is the hard plastic type (b'cos it's not a bmw)... and durable as it may be, it still got scratched when handled roughly by the mechanics... *sakit hati*
