Need advice: Buying E46 325

Hi All Sifus,I am thinking very seriously about buying an E46 325 circa 03. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. I do have some specific questions that i hope to get a clearer picture on before i put a deposit:1. What is the bank valuation for the model above? 2. What is the interest rates charged by banks nowadays? heard the rates went up recently. Which bank is the cheapest?3. Where should i take the car for an inspection? should i go to an authorised dealer like AB or should i go to a trusted mech? Which mech should i got to??4. How do i check the chasis number and engine number against the registration card? where are the numbers located on the car??Thank you for your kind advice..
