Was there any symptom of the worn out torque converter shaft? Any slippings? Or only just by inspection?

there is one thing that i've noticed on a BMW , no matter how carefull driver you're , how frequent changes you do for those wear and tear , a BMW usually needs replacement of items which most likely last only for mere a year or a year half .... not sure about inital M bro , but for me no matter how much of TLC is given on the engine , the parts do tend to fail in less than a year or year half ...whether it's a myth or fact , but i'm surely sure as when we post such pictures here, i tend to notice much of the components that tends to fail ....

i couldn't imagine of those rides which never failed ....

Not sure yet should be around 4k plus. no slip only got slight leak & sometimes jerky. Already changed seal last time but not last. Thats why need to change the torque & pump oil. I'm very fussy cant see any leak.

No need to apologize. I think so far spent almost the price of car whenI bought it. at least the thing I changed never been replaced & never breakdown on the road except tyre puncture. Now my driveway should be clean.
