Brand new Continental aircond & fan belt

Brand new front power stereng hose & container

My E46

Next my E46 for some mod on the aircond system to eliminate external smell or smoke going inside the cabin.

Take the parts & clean them.

The flap

High quality carbon aircond filter

Put special tape on the entrance of the flap. Now no more external smell. Test to follow behind lorry & bus loaded with black smoke & tadaa it works:rock:

bro IM ...itu thermostat housing better change to alu ...you'll have piece of mind upon replacing to alu ...

mine had signs of water dispersing away as due to a hairline crack just underneath of the housing ...a fine fine hair line crack ...

note : my new fiber thermostate housing lasted me less than a year ahhhh .....

Some wear & tear repairs and preventive maintenance for my E46. Change brand new aircond & fan belt, power stereng container & radiator top hose.

Dismantle air filter box

Continental aircond & fan belt

Original BMW top hose with housing & clip

Fit new power stereng container & top hose after all the belts. I'm glad now my engine bay is clean with no oil smear

Just to share video I manage to take of my UDMs cold start in morning after engine wash.
All engine starts in 1 crank. Engine oil & filter change every 5k km.

My E39 528. Engine overhaul at 220k km now clocking 250k km. Got sound of air cond tensioner which custom made by Naidu using all steel
