Massive work to install the rear absorber

Since tyre is out take the opportunity to clean the inner part. Ori ACS made in germany hehehe

After bout 3 hours all 4 absorbers complete installation. After test drive I would say the set up is good even on 19" rims & city drive. Firm & direct but still reasonably comfort:rock:

bro are your rear disk brakes ventilated?

As for the ride, can you feel the hard rebound of the abs when driving on uneven tarmac?

Congrats on your new setup!

I also made the switch from stock to B8s. Only difference is I am using eibach springs.
made a huge difference :top:

Yup front & rear disc are ventilated. Hard & firm but still quite comfort for me:smokin:

Bilstein B8/Eibach combo is softer than Bilstein B8/H&R combo. My E46 is on B8/Eibach. Although H&R spring lil stiff but its still manageble for E39 bigger body.

My E39

Damn need to do allignment again in the same month after change the new absober.
But now my ride feel much better. The handling is superb & the E39 body feel planted on the road couple wt 19" rims:rock:

ouccchhh on wheel balancing .... did it leave a black sort of line at the tyre edge ?? that's what happen to me last when i did that ...a line appeared due to the machine contact to the tyre rubber ... and it took sometime to dissapear ...
