My E39

More repairs for my E39. Front passenger door cant open from outside & inside.
Have to pry open the door panel & sacrifice few clips. Very delicate job & managed to get it done after almost an hour.

Found out the door lock mechanism faulty & managed to repair it. Thanks to my installer Sifu Yap:top:

When took out power windor regulator found out all plastic part already brittle & many are broken. So decided to change the regulator as well to avoid stress to the motor.

More preventive maintenance for my E39. Flushing the radiator, aircond condensor & gearbox cooler radiator

Dismantle all the front parts of engine compartment.

Dirty Aircon condensor

Cleaned Radiator & gearbox cooler. Later fill up with mineral water & coolant

Cleaned Aircond Condensor. Later fill new gas & compressor oil. Now shivering in my car
