Clean the exhaust system wt special chemical.

My backside got itchy lar:listen:

No symptoms but got minor leak & belt & pulley shows sign of wear out. It still usable but preventive is better than cure. Don't want my car breakdown while cucuk somebody backside:stupid:

...normally if backside itchy i just scratch it...wah! your back side very highclass wan...oooops sorry i forgot u use it to cari makan wan...cabutzzzzzzz

Clean the torque converter & drain out the ATF oil.

The flywheel. See my oil sump very shiny hehehe

Flywheel taken out & clean the engine backside

New flywheel oil seal fit & polish the backside

Clean the inner torque converter housing

Fit the torque converter oil seal.

Clean the gearbox backside & change new oil seals as well.

wished that you u've from KL and same time your super clean workshop ....

what amazed me is that , you workshop really take care of extreme bits and pieces ...etc cleaning the exhaust with special chemical and so on ...

gearbox & long shaft fitted wt new rubber coupling. Clean the gbox mounting bracket.

Everything installed & completed

My E39

After driving my E39 for 2 days, return to workshop to check on any oil leak. At last after owning the car for 2 yrs plus, lots of effort & RM invested my E39 now is free from oil leak. Thanks to my new mech. I should save more money if I know him earlier. Yaahooooooo:top:

Central Locking Fault. Reset the function & clear the fault.

Now its my E46 turn to upgrade software to the latest version.
