Sending my kuntchill for some maintenance and upgrade.

All down and dismantle

Both turbo taken out

Some magic done on both turbo

All seals changed

All broken turbo bracket changed

Flywheel oil seal changed twice!

Also changed the gearbox oil seal

All dismantle to check and clean

 

[initialM]

Make sure the undercarriage all dry and no leak

 

[initialM]

All parts and cover taken out are cleaned

Change all 4 new tyres to Made in Korea Nexen N8000, threadwear 280, traction AA, temperature A

 

[initialM]

All parts assembled and ready for final touch

 

[initialM]

Some trick done to the heart after servicing and checking

New engine cover to hide the magic hehehehe

Finally after 3 weeks the car is ready and did the allignment

With new tyre and correct size the car look much better

Coming from rft and upgrade to wider tyre only redy big improvement. Surprisingly it performs better than my expectation. Not much diff from good year assymmetric or continental that I've used before. Quiet, comfort n lots of grip in dry and wet. Havent try at high speed as hvnt go hiway. So far 120kmh on city road is very very very good for the price. And this is 1st time I've seen cheaper tyre wt inside and outside tyre setting. Much better than n3000 I' ve used last time on E39. Tyre feel light, directive and responsive. No drama on corner and fast take off. Now I miss the tyre screeching sound Hahahahaha.
