Also take opportunity to check for some sound on the front. Found that the anti roll bar bush already worn and causes noise.

Found that little coolant leak. Its good to keep engine clean so you can monitor & early detect any problem.

After checking found 1 hose got slight leak at the plastic part. So changed the item to avoid bigger problem.

New ori BMW hose.

Take opportunity to clean the inner area & parts

Then fitted the new hose and top up radiator water.

Its almost 3 months after repair the aircond system. Since warranty goin to expired send the car for full aircond flushing again.

The flushing machine cost RM15k can clean 99% of aircond system without taking out cooling coil.

Flushing takes bout 1 hour include refill new aircond gas & oil

Decided to change new aircond belt as well after last change at 20k km for preventive measures.
New contitech brand made in UK.

Hard to explain in writing but sound like something is lose. Its very subjective on the noise. Best way is to send to good mech to troubleshoot. I haven't fix it since waiting for new performance anti roll bar to arrive:wink:

Turn out to be seat matt sensor faulty. arrgghhh

Try to reset and clear the fault

The error fault triggered again and been living with it for a 2 weeks till cant stand. So decided to change to brand new original BMW seat matt sensor. Why BMW has to make thing complicated!

Its very tedious job and take almost 3 hours and have to do it carefully.

Lots of screw, pin, clip and parts need to dismantle of the comfort seat.

The sensor under the leather only!

After dismantle the old sensor, then install the new one tenderly & gently like caress a girl

The new sensor matt installed

Then the mech clean both front comfort seat to comfort my heart for the damage to my wallet. hahaha
