My idrive suddenly hang....

I got prob with my e60 idrive (ccc)...while i was driving,suddenly my radio in mute n the idrive hang...i try to press menu button n toggle the idrive control but it wont move...why this thing happen?what is the issue?is it major?do i need to change the whole unit of my idrive?

Hi Bimmercoder, I just joined, my e60 (local 525 2006) faced same issue per bro fahmi too. Need your expertise assistance too.. If possible thinking to upgrade display panel & mp3..
