My exhaust is VERY LOUD!!!!

Sigh.... i been driving around with a extremely loud stock 325/328 exhaust (i kinda like it then) for the past 1.5 years. Recently, my bini and my parents started to nag nag nag nag whenever they are in my car. Hahahaha... so enough is enough.Took to Jaafar/Sunway today. Open it up, totally empty, what u expect from a 10 year old exhaust. Got the Back Box stuff to the max. Installed it back and damn... i got a nice and smooth bassy growl but it is still too LOUD in the cabin!Was suggested by them the next option is to potong the cat convertor and install a muffer. I am seriously wondering whether this would help. Any suggestion guys?:wink: cheers.

Bro do not potong the cat converter,i've done that.Ur car will be more noisy and FC will increase.I've revert back to stock everything went back to normal.This is my experience E36 328i.Hope that's help.

that's the thing... everything of my exhaust system is stock and still damn loud!
