My Dilemma...

Hi all,Need some advice on this...I bought my E39 Oct last year, now it's about time for 2nd service, as my UDM fund is building (put 1k aside everymonth), hands get itchy too.. got a few to do list, but not sure which to go first.. need advice also some cost estimation from E39ers..1. Absorber (RM???)- Front seems to be ok, rear got sound already.- My feel good factor for this, 5/10, not very particular on this2. External Paint (RM???)- Come with M5 bodykit, but minor scratches everywhere, especially four corners. Front and rear bumper like a bit sag liao..- My feel good factor, 6.5/103. Internal Detailing (RM???)- hm.. exactly look like 10years + car, need some serious work to replace some parts- My feel good factor, 7/104. Sound proof (RM???)- Can hear external wind noise quite loud once over 120km/h. How to fix huh? Albert check the door gasket, all in good condition, he removed and re-installed it... but sound still there- My feel good factor, 9/10.. hehe5. i suggest you take a few E39 sifus out for a drink. get them to share their experience. you'll get more precise answers that way.

1. Absorber : Change this first as it affects the overall handling. Blistein Black (Comfort) - Rear about RM 800 per set excluding dampers & cover. Total bill will come to RM 900
2. External Paint : Pay a visit to Telva 019-2701557, SS 19 Subang to fix your bumpers and then decide whether if you need a paint job. Estimated cost of re-spraying front & back bumpers - RM 600
3. Internal Detailing : There are many places to do this depending what you want?
4. Sound Proofing: E39 has one of the best noise insulation. Check your door frame rubbers
5. Multifunction head unit : Contact our member BMW 7833. All-in-one unit. Simply outstanding!

Replace the absorber 1st if the your car ride like boat now. Then do in one shot for 2, 3 and 4. In the meantime, contact me for no.5 if u already can not tahan the ori stupid HU :4:

Yup u can try to get d Ang Pow from Uncle's Lim son there, but then make sure u don't be so greedy. Once is enough for the HU from bmw7833 then u must left the table. I did mine but... i'm too greedy so at d end i give double HU to uncle's Lim son lol....
