Hi all, just to share what i have just install for my ride angle eye. Have been asking around which is the best for my pre LCI E60 but no luck. Maybe my location is in JB as there are not much choices. Found the MTEC V3 in other forum and decided to give it a try. Below are the result:

Chirstheseed,

MTEC V3 is certainly bright as compared to other plug & play LEDs. Would you mind sharing with us the price of MTEC V3 and where can it be purchase?

According to the sell, it is the brightest in the market for plug & play. Spec: True 6W 7000k white LED.

I have tired 3 types (from 3 watts to 10 watts) plug & play LEDs and sadly all are not up to satisfaction. The latest being the 10W CREE LED Angel Eye Halo Light Bulb BMW E39 E60 5-Series M5 X5 E53 E63 E65 X3. http://www.ebay.com/itm/36058450555...cmd=ViewItem&sspagename=STRK:MEWNX:IT&vxp=mtr

The above pictures posted in ebay by the supplier are misleading as after installing the LED light bulb onto my car, the colour & brightness are not as what's shown in the pictures. A complaint has been made to the supplier/ebay for a refund.

Having gone through all the hassle of ordering & testing (even with 10 watt CREE LED), the best option is still from WRC Lamps @ Sunway, although pricing is a bit stiff @ RM1K++

Gerald,

Thanks for the info. V3 and V4 reviews are rather impressive. From their product range, don't think they have any for pre LCI e60.

Somebody told me he seen one e60 headlight fried at the angel eyes connector. Maybe the bulb wattage too high and getting too hot? Better becareful bro...
