How much you pay for the 5 lug conversions?

My NK 2000 has a rear drum brake, planning to do a 5 lugs conversion and while at it , planning to convert to disk brake as well. Is this same with yours ?

Also when you change to 5 lug, does it also change the wheel offset? the E30 offset is ~20 so with the 5 lug offset, does it change the offset to 30 ? or 40?
