its called a m-tech side skirt if there is no folds in between.

IMHO , cant see the purpose ..no visual difference from the stock std "build in" side skirt
except it's smooth .

rare side skirt..

actually this is a very rare side skirt because if u'all notice it is seldom used by the e36, the usual that can be seen is the one with bend shape, even fibre makers also dont know this type of side skirt exist...beleive it? believe it or not....
