Hi guys,Anyone installed the M bodykit & rims that were advertised by BMW dealers a couple of months ago? The advert I got was about 20k for the rims, 10k+ for the bodykit & a couple of k' for some smaller items. Last I checked changing to ori 17/18 inch rims + runflats at BMW dealers cost 15 - 20k.......prices sounds ridiculous to me but I can't help feeling itchy whenever I think about it, something inside me is just screming to do something to the car :stupid:

the package total rm20,888.

i let u know outside price of some parts:-

type 193 18 inc rim - RM7k without tyre (brand new)
m-tech body kit - RM5800 trade in ur old kit with painting
OEM m-tech rear spoiler - RM 500 with painting (original rm1k +)
pendal - dont know
ipoh interface - rm1.6k+ (install by AB too)

so hope that my reseach its can help u to decide, but i think AB this package its worth of $$$ due to the EXP 18 inc runflat tyre..(personal thinking)

cheers

Bro, you want us to racun you izzit :D
Ok here goes:

Cosmetics:
1) Bodykit: M-Tech, ACS, Breyton, Lumma, Rieger etc. Search online or just browse thru some local car mags like Hypertune to get an idea. This month's Hypertune coincidentally has a very garang black E90 in it.
2) Blacklines
3) Black/CF front grills
4) CF Door Pillar Covers
5) CF Wing Mirror Covers
6) CF emblems
7) Roof spoiler: ACS, Hamann

Handling:
1) Eibach Pro-Kit or go the fully adjustable route with KW V2
2) Bigger rims: I think you are already on 17", but you could still go for 18" or 19" ;)
3) Thicker rear anti-roll bars
4) Front strut bars

Performance:
1) Exhaust: Remus quad, Eisenmann, GruppeM,
2) K&N air filter
3) Re-chip?

Take your pick ;)

Anyone here running 20's?

MeinAuto was on a set of 20' DPE's for his 335i, but eventually went back to a set of awesome 19 Neez QD7s wheels. At 20's you are limited for choice on tyres and the wheel gets rather heavy.

On bodykit.... go for the M3 kit instead of M-Tech. The M3 bodykit looks much more awesome!

Unfortunately the original E90 M3 kit wont fit the std E90, due to the flared arches front and rear. Front you probably can change the fenders and do spacers on the wheels, but the rear fender will need some "wide body" fender customization to get the kit to fit. But here in Malaysia, I think anything also boleh. Can even join 2 halves of cars to make 1 car. :)

Was informed by Marco that the M3 kit cost a whooping RM 27k if I'm not mistaken. This is not inclusive of the dual exhaust system yet.

Wah expensive... But if it comes with the front lights, hood, grills, fenders, rear fender customization etc it'll be quite cool. You can even slap on the BMW OEM 19's forged M3 wheels and the car will look really unique and muscular. Add a BBK and quad exhaust, and you have a complete M3 "replica" without the Go of course :p
