Lower Trim Panel under steering wheel

Hi guysJust wanna check how many of you are facing cracked, sagging, taped up, screwed on lower trim panel? (under Steering wheel, about the pedals) I've replaced 2 already and yet they keep cracking , breaking, sagging and falling out possibly due to age.I was thinking of replacing it with alternative materials like plastic or fibre glass instead of the plastic coated cardboard like material it is made of. Has anybody tried this? or should i just go to the chop shop and buy another used one?

Mine is missing. I was told the better alternative is to use a fibreglass one. Where to find it I am still struggling with that. Any ideas bro?

i dun think theva @ usj charge that expensive....another forumer suggested that the price is within rm80 or slightly more...

i m using the fiber one, much better & durable!

if u guys are up for it.. i need to do mine up as well... mine was totally screwed up by some mechanic who forced screws and glue it to fit it back.... sheeesh.... =S

Ok i got a quote from the shop, lower panel comes complete with the sponge(soundproofing) on the inside.
They will be using my existing cracked panel to make a mold.

all panels will be black.

Cost: 1-7 pieces RM110
8-12 pieces RM95

who is interested? please let me know, alternatively in case you guys are undecided and want to see the finished product before ordering. I can get mine done 1st and will post pics. But will need to get it done pretty soon after i get mine gets done. I will try and stall for time.
