Looking for ignition coil and spark plug

I guys, I recently have problem with my e46, when ever i press the accelerator the car jerks and vibrates , check with mech the advice to change ignition coil and spark plug, before i change i need to know how much it would cost me as the quotation was given to me estimated 6++ plus.Kindly advice me shops that I can purchased the 4 * ignition coil and 4 spark plugs, and how much it would cost .Regards,Ari
