Let us know how is the car. I didn't go to see the car because of some concern after talking to the owner.

pile of crap, saw it today, the pictures are maybe some years old, the reality is, the car is in need of paint, has dodgy 'brothers' type led's screwed on to the front bumper, crp bad cream leather seats, all in all, a bad mudah advert, pictures show a quality car in front of a quality house, reality is, the car is in a basement carpark of a g/ment low cost hosing area..............

My only advice is: 1. Have your engine checked; pressure test, etc. 2. Check your gearbox. Other parts can be replaced n not expensive. I learned my lesson years ago when I got a poorly am maintained e36. Pocket with a large hole... Good luck anyway

I hv seen a few good ad but bad real life examples too. pic is deceiving!

yea, pictures are decieving, but i think the vendors are more so, in this case the car does not match the advert at all, dunno what goes on in their minds :stupid:

yea well, on the phone the guy says hes at the golf course, and we have the pictures of the car in front of the mock tudor house, i was thinking this could be the car, turns out hes a cleaner at the golf course LOL, upgrading to volvo V40? my arse he is, hes driving a satria made to look like a gti, and the bimmer is covered in dust in the basement carpark.............. sporting black sticky tape on the headlights as 'lids...........

yes, i too will be angry for wasting my time, when told this n that, and the car is very good condition.. in this case, must be the owner in that kind of condition both ways !!
