Leather Seat Repair

Small problem with my leather seat guys...need some advice.

I have full electric seats on my 2004 E39 520i.

1. Electric seats does not rise/tilt evenly....told it was a cable issue; but someone also say could be switch problem. How do i diagnose?

2. Driver seat leather has split/torn a bit. Anyone knows of a good upholsterer who can fix it? Just one torn line...about 3 inches long.

You can go to Cabri Deco @ Puchong (next to TESCO) to rectify the electric seats and also to repair the leather. Most likely it is the twisted seat cable as I had mine replaced.

What is the estimate cost replacing new leather for 2 front seats of 2001 E39 ?

I don;t know...you need to bring your car to Cabri Deco and let them have a look at your seats.

Bro.. u should try Top Cushion (Ah KIT) at Kg. Melayu Subang... most of the BMWCM members sends their cars there.. I did mine as well.. not torn but tambah cushion.. and headliner change.. good.. very happy with his job..
